  • The firm handles a variety of affirmative immigration matters, such as applications for U.S. Citizenship (naturalization), family/relative petitions, green card applications for people inside and outside the U.S., replacement or renewal of green cards, advance parole travel documents, and other affirmative matters. We do not represent people who are in removalproceedings/immigration court. If you have another type of immigration matter, contact us to see if we can assist.

  • We charge flat fees, not an hourly rate. Click here to see our current fee schedule and payment policies for sample matters.   • There is no fee for an initial phone consultation and case assessment. However, initial video and in-person meetings are subject to a $100 consultation fee. The consultation fee is applied to our legal fee if we are retained for further assistance, but will not be refunded if no further service are provided.

  • Ann E. Dibble is admitted to practice law in New York State. However, the firm can help people with immigration matters regardless of where they live.

  • We accept payments through Zelle, money orders, checks and cash.

  • If a client does not cancel a meeting at least 24 hours in advance, or fails to show for a meeting, whether by video or in-person, they are subject to a cancellation fee of $50. The cancellation fee must be paid before any further services will be provided by the firm.

  • It is the client’s responsibility to translate all needed documents into English. It is also the client’s responsibility to arrange for interpretation for interviews, meetings and conversations. Clients are responsible for the cost of any translation services arranged by the firm and may be required to pre-pay a deposit to applied against future translation-interpretation costs. Any translation-interpretation fee must be paid in advance before any further services will be provided by the firm.
